Danny Little

Danny Little has always lived his life by the three “E” rule:

After twenty-four years in retailing, in which he won the Junior Retailor of the Year Queensland, oversaw the major expansion of twelve stores and twice won the prestigious Target Merchandising Award for innovation and excellence, he decided to go into business for himself and chose management rights. Following some early successes, he formed Bluechip Resorts and began an expansion program where he became part or full owner of thirteen buildings. During this time he managed permanent, holiday, student and corporate buildings throughout Queensland.

In 2012, he began MRAS Consulting, which now provides a diverse range of services, including management training, business coaching, design and operational assistance, remuneration assessments and common property assessments.

He’s assisted clients in China, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and the Philippines, and is often requested by industry associations and experts to help new entrants in the management right industry understand the Australian business landscape and what the management rights industry is all about.
